playgrounds of the past were much more fun; merry-go-rounds and swings that can make you nearly go one round. today's playgrounds are like IPPT training stations. there's a chin-up bar, sit-up area and standing broad jump mat at the playground near my house.

IPPT can now be conducted at your neighbourhood playground.
