2000+8

what a year it's been. it seems that every passing year gets better and better.

i shall remember 2007 as the year that i grew up. it was like a slap in my face when i had to accept the fact that life isn't all about playing and being carefree all the time. this is in juxtaposition between life as a poly student working part-time producing slipshod work and life as an officer cadet. the three months that i have spent in OCS has made me mentally stronger definitely. also, i learned that in life not everything goes your way. more importantly, this is the year that i appreciate all the things that i used to take for granted.

2007 also taught me that bitches ain't worth your time.

i had great fun at the chijmes countdown party. see you there in 364 days time.

peoples

i realise that for most of us, our secondary school friends are our closest bunch of friends. take me for example. the kgb is like my second family. i meet them every weekend when i bookout. i never get bored of their company and i hope it's the same the other way around. another example would be my friend who's now in syria for i don't know what. the people she hangs around with are her secondary school friends. today is my younger brother's birthday and the people who are celebrating it with him are his secondary school friends. i hope it was a pleasant surprise for him. i can quote more examples of people whom i know who share this strange fact but i guess that's enough. i get bored of long entries so i understand you readers.

happy 18th to aslam.
