hmm. let's see. im against you quitting cause everyone will miss you. but i support you in quitting because the pay doesnt justify the work load.
so anyway, about termination, why dont you try spilling drinks to every single customer, or being plain fucking rude, awol from work, or slapping the managers right in their face?
if that all doesnt work, go round cursing customers right in their sorry face. =)
We learnt in Sociology that social mobility in a developed country (though apparently Singapore is DEVELOPING) is quite low, so you could try moving on to somewhere that's equivalent of your ability, expected pay, talents etc.
