a million thanks to jigsaw for paying half the price of our movie tickets last night. blades of glory is one of the better films that i watched since 300.
i hate to see frail senior citizens working at fast food joints way past their bed time. is the life in singapore so bad that these people can't have a proper retirement?

But it's totally catch-22. Do you want them to retire and starve and home and feel useless to society, or do you want them to have some kind of income so that they'll at least be able to support themselves?
their kids should support them or we should start being a welfare state.
