cyclothon

last night was by far the furthest that fred and i have ever cycled at one go. this was the route:

YISHUN-seletar airport-jalan kayu-HOUGANG-ubi-eunos-SIMPANG BEDOK-east coast park-indoor stadium-ESPLANADE-tanjong pagar-HARBOURFRONT-alexandra hospital-farrer rd-UPPER THOMSON-amk-HOME

i don't know the exact distance but i'm on my way to joining a triathlon, once i can swim 1.5km in 40 mins.
